CHAPTER TEN: LETTING GO OF YOUR PAST HURTS

In this chapter, you will address forgiveness of others, renouncing of your own hidden things of shame and grieving the losses of your life. This is the major letter go phase of this course. It is designed to bring you to a closure with your life experiences and memories. The key exercises found in this letting go section of the course will enable you to clean out your closet completely. Then, to grieve those things that have hurt you and things you have lost. But, the greater thing this section does is bring you to the place of celebrating your healing.
