The goal of MY SAD FACE is simply to identify the blemishes you see upon viewing or thinking about yourself.
One of the most common forms of anger is directed at ourself. Blaming ourself is natural and normal because we as humans are the worst judge.
As you pray ‘Search me, O God,‘ honestly ask yourself why you blame yourself.
Imagine every reason you blame yourself as a blemish on your face. Using this little ‘Sad Face’ to mark up your face. Pinpoint your blemishes. List every reason you blame yourself:

The goal of this worksheet is to help you pray through the identification of the reasons you blame yourself, hate yourself, dislike yourself or feel you are inadequate.
Pray this prayer: ‘Search me O God and know me. Reveal to me those things I don’t like about my self. Help me identify those areas of my self-image I despise.’
The most difficult part of forgiveness is dealing with self.
Thus, use this worksheet to list those ‘blemishes’ you see within your self-image. Hold on to the completed worksheet for use during the letting go exercise.
